Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
- Who can use this platform?
The Lancashire Safeguarding Partnership Me-learning platform is available for all staff and front-line professionals working in organisations across Lancashire (excluding the unitary areas of Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen).
- How do I create an account?
If you are totally new user , you will need to register via this link : https://app.melearning.co.uk
If you had previously had a Me-learning account on the Blackburn with Darwen (BwD) platform, you will be sent an invitation link to join the Lancashire Safeguarding Partnership E-learning workspace.
Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your account. More details on how to do this can be found at: Accepting an Invite (Learner) – Form LMS | How to Navigate Form LMS as a Learner. – Form LMS
If you have not received the invitation link and are unable to log in as it says "you already have an account" please contact lsbu@lancashire.gov.uk to be invited on to the workspace.
- How do I get a certificate for any courses I complete on Me-learning?
Once you have completed a course, you will be asked to complete an evaluation sheet. After which, you will be able to download a certificate. Please note, a course will not be recorded as completed until the evaluation form has been submitted.
- How can I access my certificates from my previous BwD Me-learning account?
For any course completed after September 2024, certificates will be available to download once you have migrated your profile over to the new Lancashire Me-learning site. Certificates prior to this date are not available.
- I've had a previous Me-learning account but can't access, what do I need to do?
If you are unable to login using your previous account details then you will need to register as a new user via https://app.melearning.co.uk . If you still have an issue please contact lsbu@lancashire.gov.uk.
- I work for in Blackpool and Blackburn and would like access to e-learning?

- Where can I find details of courses available on Lancashire Me-learning?
A list of all the available e-learning courses can be found on our website at Lancashire Safeguarding Partnership Training
- I've forgotten my password, how can I get into my account?
You can re-set your passwords on your account. Please see: Password reset – Form LMS
- I have finished the course, but it is not showing as completed?
Please ensure that all the modules have been completed, and you have completed the evaluation at the end. Without the evaluation, the course will not be recoded as complete.
- I work at Lancashire County Council and already have a Me-learning account but want to access courses on the Lancashire Safeguarding Partnership Me-learning, what do I do?
If you have not been sent an invitation link already you will need to register on the Lancashire Safeguarding Partnership me -learning platform via this link: https://app.melearning.co.uk. You can access both the LCC and Partnership learning workspaces using the same details.
- What will you do with my information on Me-learning?
Your information will be held securely and will only be used to run reports on site usage and accessibility. All details will be anonymised and no personal data will be used for reporting.
- How will I know what courses to complete?
We have a range of courses suitable for a variety of roles in the public, voluntary, community and faith sectors. Advise will need to be sought from your line manager as to what you are required to complete.
- Are there any additional resources available in addition to the Me-learning on-line courses?

- How can I access e-learning on the Care Act ?
The Care Act e-learning package is held on the Lancashire County Council e-learning platform. Care act e-learning or through your own organisation. You will need to register if you do not already have access.
