This conference is free and has been put together by members of the CSAP education sub group.
We have Steve Baker as our lead speaker, author of 'A School without Sanctions' and CEO of The People's Learning Academy Trust in Liverpool. A former War Crimes investigator for the UN and Ofsted inspector, Steve has collaborated with many schools/trusts in creating a culture of inclusivity.
There will also be a presentation of case studies from Lancashire schools focused on sharing best practice from schools within Lancashire both Primary and Secondary who have managed to reduce their suspensions and exclusions substantially over the last few years. We also have a range of workshops focused on particular aspects where you can choose which one works for you.

A packed lunch will be provided and will include a ham or cheese sandwich, a piece of fruit, a cake/flapjack, crisps and a bottle of water. All attendees will also be entitled to one free hot drink.

This conference is suitable for headteachers, senior leaders responsible for behaviour in schools and DSLs in the Lancashire County Council area.
