BSAB Learning Workshop: Safeguarding in the context of end-of-life care (Fred)

Bromley Safeguarding Adults Board are delivering a learning event and extending their invite to all external colleagues. 

In this collaborative learning event, practitioners will explore learning arising from a complex safeguarding case (Fred), with a thematic focus on hospital discharge, multiagency communication, care coordination and safeguarding at the end of life. This is an opportunity for professionals to come together in a reflective space, strengthen partnership working and improve outcomes for adults with complex health and care needs.
