Andys Man Club - Peer Support

ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online.

We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.

This session will cover:

• The “why” behind Andy’s Man Club.

• Some stats around men’s mental health and suicide in the UK.

• The stigmas surrounding men’s mental health.

• Insight into the journey we’ve been on over the last 7/8 years.

• My own personal journey with Mental Health.

• The importance of talking.
